So I know there is a big debate about UV or not for reef tanks, but I keep seeing stunning reefs tanks that do run UV, I have a 75G with large megaflow4 sump/refugeim with live rock and macro algae and chato and DSB in the refugeim. Display tank has a nice amount of live rock, DSB, my tank is mostly softies, Zoa, Polyps and 4 anemones ( 2 mandarin fish male and female ) and other fish.
So I was thinking of getting a UV, just to help keep the tank clean from algae, and maybe to have it just running every other day, or 24/7
I do run GFO, Carbon and Biopelets in reactors.

dont bother with the coral life the one bulk reef sells is the emperor aquatics which is good, for some reason i like the aqua ultraviolets ive had issues not warranty related and they helped me out anyway

aqua uv is the only brand i would use and have used. they will actually talk to you if you call them. only company who actually gives ratings and amount of flow depending on it using for algea or parasites
