I have an old current outer orbit 1070 with a 150w de mh powered by a sunpark electronic ballast. I recently took it out of storage and ended up needing to replace the fan in the fixture. No problem that was easily done. Now I am noticing the ballast making a buzzing noise that while not terribly loud is still annoying as all hell and I don't remember it making that noise before. I also notice that when I power down the unit the buzzing kind of ticks for approximately 5 seconds before stopping entirely. I realize that this may mean I have to replace the ballast and I am not entirely opposed to that, I would just rather be certain that this is the issue before dropping 60 bucks on a replacement. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
