Micro bubble help

I have an sea horse tank with a custom king sump and have an external return pump. The pump is a tunze not 100% sure of the model since I'm at work, I'm getting tons of micro bubbles in the display tank. The sump has a baffle and a filter sock. There's no bubbles in the last chamber so I'm truly confused on where these bubbles are coming from. Any help or ideas would help except putting the return pump in the water I have no room that's why its external

Check all connection, might have a air suction sucking air into return pipes. Venturi effect. Peace.

The Pump is a Tunze Recirculation Pump Silence 1073.040 so it can be ran in and out of water sorry bud Im gonna have to see if its sucking in air from one of the connections.
