what type of food do tou use?

i`ve been feeding my fowlr frozen food but want to start using dry foods,(pellets or flakes) there are so many selection out there, which one is good, any suggestions?
i have both carnivorous and omnivores fishes. tangs, angels, lionfish, clowns.....ect

Formula one and two are good. But all flake/pellet food has phosphates. Just a thought.

For the Tangs and Angels Nori, Spirulina Flake and Spectrum pellets(Thera-A). You can also feed your aggressive fish Spectrum Pellets(Thera-A) as all fish seem to really like them.

For the more aggressive fish, Lions, Eels and Triggers, you want to go to the fish market and pick up clams meat, squid, silversides, shrimp and fish like grouper or snapper. You can even mixed these things together, in a blender, and freeze it, then serve it in pieces to your fish.


As for Frozen food Formular I & II are good as it frozen prawn and Krill.
