Looking for good fish stores.....

I live in the bronx and work in chester ny. It's a bit of a drive and Sometimes on my way home from work I hit traffic.I would rather sit around in a store spending money than sit in traffic. Does anyone know of a good fish store that sells nice corals between the bronx and chester ny.

hey chris whats up long time no speak.as for the bronx there is nothing,i have searched,the only places that have corals are the petland at bayplaza,but they hardly ever got anything really nice and all corals start at $50 even for a few mushrooms and the same thing with the petland at 231 st & riverdale.

Fishtopia in Fishkill is awesome just north of super walmart in fishkill.

Yeah the bronx sucks as far as fish stores. I've started my rare coral collection like I said months ago. Most of the frags I bought were small but When they grow out and it's time to frag I'll look up the ppl who took care of me and take care of them. I plan on buying some nice rare stuff or LE stuff after the holidays.

I try to get stuff from the F/S F/T forums but usually when I Click on the link there is 20 ppl calling dibs on stuff before I type a letter. As far as the local vendors I check in on them to see what they have available but like Deanos said, That doesnt help me avoid traffic.
