reactor solution mix for nitrate reactors??

hello all MR.

i was speasking with deltec today about there eqiupment, getting pricing about there eco coolers that run on only 35watts when i inquired about there new nitrate reactors. the conversation went like this:
matt: what kind of media goes in this?
his response: R/O water and vodka
mats response: Huh??
his : yes thats right it makes the solution for the reactor to work
mats: kettel one, grey goose, absolute or the cheap stuff?
his : (laughs) cheap stuff works well
mats: then i would need 2 bottles. one for the solution the other for the shots it will take me to calm down when i see i am putting alcohol in my system.
his: (laughs) insists this is for real. it really works!

guys this is a 1st for me. anyone know about how this chemical compound works? also if you have any links so that i can read up on it would be appreciated.
