That's how life works, that's why I laugh when people go:
"Wahhhhhhh the sky is falling, everything is going extinct! We have to stop this!"

Truth be told, humans need to watch their own @ss. Mother nature ain't worried. The ants, roaches and mice will be eating our dead bodies and life will go on just as it always has. They've discovered these new "things" (for lack of a better term) called nanobes. They aren't sure where they come from but some of them have very odd behaviors, like digesting plastic in large amounts!

It's funny to be so egotistical to think that we could possibly have such an impact on this planet. The worst we could do is make it inhospitable to us, life on Earth however won't miss a beat. Asteroids, ice cages, volcanos, tsunamis, drought, disease, reverse of the magnetic poles all of these are a quiet Tuesday afternoon to Earth.

i agree 100%. i was watching this very interesting documentary about how life started in the sea and made it's way onto earth millions of years ago. @ one point 90% of life in the sea vanished and still we have all this diversity today. mother nature can't be beat!

we all try to similate mother nature's creations but "nothing beats the real thing". the day we beat mother nature is the day an asteroid will smack up earth. either way, we won't have the last laugh.:biglaugh:
dont take life so seriously, stop n smell the roses.
