We are proud to report that Manhattan Reefs is now an official member community in MASNA - the Marine Aquarium Societies of North America

MASNA organizes the annual MACNA event, which is the largest aquarium and reef keeping hobby event in the country. This year it will be held in Pittsburgh on Sept. 14-16th. Lots more info to come on this event, MR will be sending a delegation to represent the NYC community at the event.


We all consider MR to be the best reef community on earth, this is a good way for us to spread the love to our neighboring clubs and increase the profile of reefkeeping in our world.

My older sister lives in pitsburgh. She once mentioned a good friend of theirs had a reef. I'll see if they are a member of the local reef club.
