Chiller broke down????????

Got the prime 1/10th chiller and had it since the early spring.All of it sudden,it stopped working today.Did I blow a fuse or is it kaput?

you need a chiller in the winter.?? interested in buying it if it broken, shouldnt have a fuse does it power up and not chill or nothing at alll
