Pretty sure what Maronne described is called a reptile box. They can be found at most petlands or petcos.
Fwiw, dead fish make good fertilizer

It's a little different, PetCo has it for $6.99 on their website, just show them the website price and they'll give it to you for that. You will need to tie a string or cord around the handle and attach it to something outside the tank, otherwise the box will fall to the bottom of the tank.
