Kalk stirrer question??

I've used a mighty flex Doser to kick on every hr for a few min to top off my 220 with Kalk water top off for last few yrs seems to work and certainly love that Kalk is a super cheap way to add cal and alk to a lg tank
My question is what if any r the advantages of using a Kalk stirrer over my current set up??

I just put kalk in my auto top off, stir, wait 8 hours or so to let it settle, then turn the ato back on. Been doing this for years, works great

Same here as "theMeat". Be sure to leave the pump an inch or 2 above the bottom, this way it do not pick up the settled kalk.

Yup, and adjust how much kalk depending on how often your tank needs water. The tank in my house oddly enough evaporates more water in summertime. Easy to adjust. You don't have to be exact with each refill. If the numbers start going down after a few refills, add more. If they go up, add less. Would guess you know that there is a max that water will absorb, so won't get into that

The main point is......make sure the water is clear.
