There is no "best"
It's what works for your size and depth tank, how high above water, what corals, and your schedule. Meaning the hours that you're home and awake I'd imagine you want the lights on.
Would recommend something like this as a base starting point
Uv 35%
Violet 30%
Deep blue 85%
Royal bl 90%
Green 25%
Red 20%
White 75%
Would also suggest running 9-10 hours with 2 hour ramp time on both ends. Do acclamation period if it's a big step up from previous lights, and watch too much storm probability on the weather effect because then the tank lights are dimmed often. Would go 20-25% probability, 60-70% intensity. For lunar effect I'd recommend 2-3% on royal, deep blue, maybe a lil violet, and leave the rest of the wavelengths off
