I post a lot and my title says newbie :scratchch

My work gives out titles when someone plants their nose in the management's butt, it does not mean a thing:lol2:.

I don't think the title makes sense either. When I saw that "senior member" title under my name I thought it had to do with the length of time you'd been with MR. But Cali & I have been here about the same time, and apparently the amounts of post have nothing to do with it either. Cali has alot more post them me.
So, moderators whats the deal with this title thing? Did you find out how old I am?:lol_large Then I would say OK it fits..:D

Title assignment

Just my 2 cents.... What about a system based upon whats in your tank and how long you've maintained it. The moderators can be the judges. Based on a simple visit and or a detailed and accurate account of that members tank. Based on that account a title of Beginner, Intermediate,or Expert could be assigned. My 2 cents is up.

Why make more work for someone? Just leave it as is, no matter what would be done to change it, people will be confused or someone will feel they don't get the credit they deserve. As I said before, it's not hard to figure out who has a grasp of what they are doing and how successful they are.
