hands down - Tangs. Yellow tangs, purple tangs, hippo tangs, sailfin tangs. Their body shape is elegant! Which can only be matched by their coloration.

Sailfin tang. The kind where the stripes merge on the dorsal fin to create that beautiful interwoven pattern.

Gotta go with just about any Anthias. I think they're the "perfect looking fish". Remember when you were 4 or 5 years old and drew a picture of a fish??? Maybe you didn't know it, but they were Anthias.
