Aqualine Bushke 10K 250W Metal Halides

I'm not sure about the AB bulbs, where are they made? anyone know?

We have a Belgian-made 10K 250W that we get from Hamilton that looks fantastic, crisp white your basic standard 10K German color. It is fine by itself but really makes colors pop with just a bit of actinic i.e. 2 x 55W PC Blue.

Are you talking about the double-ended ones? I have 3 of them in my Aqualine Spacelight light fixture.

These are single ended bulbs.

The Ab Mogul base 10000K bulb are a crisp white.
They are made in Germany.

Yeah, I use 'em. I suppliment them with 160W VHO Actinics and run everything on plain old coil and tar ballasts. We (the corals and I) love the light.

Is anyone using the Aqualine Buschke 10K 250W halides? If so, are you supplementing them with any other lighting? Also what ballasts are you using?
