You can never be sure with a dwarf angel, but the Potters is the least aggressive of the bunch. Be careful if you get one as they are very sensitive and easily get fungus and popeye.
had mine six months no problems...until a few days ago when it decided to munch on my sps,I trapped the little SOB and he will go back tommorrow, good luck
pygmy's are really hit and miss. i have a potters going on 10months and he has been a perfect resident in my tank. (100g, all sps and clams)
i think the key is to get them them as young as possible (easier to get them to eat and love prepared foods) and to feed them a good lot so that won't get hungry and munch on stuff (i.e. corals) to see if it tastes good.

As others have said, any angel is a risk. They may be well behaved for months and then suddenly take a liking to something they shouldn't. After all, its what they do on the reef. I had a coral beauty that did fine for 6+ months and then made short work of a beautiful green open brain. I've learned my lesson. They're beautiful animals, but I think best kept in an FO tank.
