I currently have a jbj 2x24 1white-1blue pc set up for my 10 gal-I recently bought a 36 w light kit from ah supply to add to my existing lighting for a total of 84 watts. I installed it towards the back of my tank and it works fine.

However, my anemone along with my maroon clown has moved to the back of the tank to the stronger light and can only be partially seen

I decided to switch the 36 w bulb from ah supply from the back of the tank to the jbj set-up ballast in the middle front of the tank and the 24w bulb from the jbj set-up to the back using the ah supply ballast-IT WORKED!!!

The anemone and clown have moved again towards the stronger 36 w bulb. to the front of the tank where they can be seen

My question is..

could there be a possible problem with switching these bulbs?

I made the switch 3 days ago and with the naked eye the 36 watt bulb looks as bright and intense as it was in its original ballast.
