Hey BT, I used the rock and sand from the 180 and the 90. Thats why it's so hazy. The 90 will become the new sump and I am still trying to sell the 180. Should have no problem, Its ready to go now.
If you disturbed your sand in the move, you will have a cycle, as the anaerobic portion of the sandbed has been exposed to oxygen.
I recommend you get your fish out of there ASAP. Especially since it looks like you have a lot of big carnivores. Sure, your fish will/might live but they will be stressed to the max.
Other than that the tank looks great! I think the 2x4 stand is more than adequate. Especially w/ the cross-bracing. Don't see that too often on aquarium stands.
James, I would also agree with you, except that my sandbed in both tanks were not deep sand beds, and these beds were disturbed last week when I moved the tanks. The sand was totally disrupted. I am keeping check on the ammonia levels.

Very nice. I am in the planning stages of my 300+ reef. Can you tell me who made your "Euro" tank. Is it Starphire and how many clams it ran you. If you do not want to post the price you can email me at [email protected] any of the details in the upgrade would be of help.
One suggestion with the stand, though. Next time don't use plywood as a structural member. (sandwiched inbetween the vertical 2 x 4's and the base) When it gets wet,(which it will) it'll become soft and cause a little depression, which in turn will cause a sag, which will result in a loss of support. Next time build the frame first and cut in the plywood later. More work, but longer lasting. No amount of waterproofing is 100% on wood.
Big... The 90 is being converted into the new sump. The corals are in it right now, but will be moved into the 300, and some will be sold off, Or a present to whoever buys the 180. Maybe.

I agree with James on both his points you could be in for trouble with a new cycle. I also feel the strength of the stand is more than adequate, you could probably park your car on top of it.
