Help with new corals please

I just bought a number of corals and fish from someone getting rid of their tank. Most have done quite well, but several are not. Any suggestions? A green leather tree coral is slumped over and a candy cane is not opening. It has been 4 days, aclimated them well in 100 gal tank, ph 8.4, salinity 1.023, Nitrates still 0 or so. Did a water change, no help.
