Well I went ahead & ordered 2 mangrove plants from www.floridaplants.com ...

Their website said there was an order backlog for mangroves of about 4 weeks... but I got mine in a couple of days! They arrived yesterday.

They were in very good condition (several leaves on both), wrapped well, sent in one of those long triangular boxes.

All together, including shipping, they were just under $12.

Try eBay. There is a guy there who lists red mangroves 10 shoots for about $10 + shipping. All have roots. I have ordered from him and the plants are always healthy. I have about 5 extra from the last time I ordered I'd sell ya if you are interested. E-mail me

Well, your profile does not tell us where you are. If you are in New England you might stop by Inland Reef Aquaria in Nashua. They have a nice little tank of mangroves last I was there.
