about 2000GPH in a 180G reef.

Mak4 pumping 1200GPH from the sump through a T, one side into a 1" sea swirl, the other through a segmented tube

Rio 1700 pumping 600GPH from sump to a segmented tube

Maxijet MP900 pumping 230 GPH on a wavemaker

4500 GPH on my 180. I'd like more. I have an Iwaki 70 and an Ampmaster 3000 between the sump and closed loop.

Nope.

You have to be careful as to where you place pumps so that the flow isn't directed right onto a coral (can tear the tissue right off) and move things around so that sand doesn't get blown around. So far, I haven't had much of a problem.

Roughly 2000 gallons per hour in my 75 gallon reef. One Pump through my sump and another through a closed loop.

I have appx. 2500 gph in my 150 with a 30 gallon sump.

1 Mak 4 (with about 5 or 6 feet of head) and 5 Maxi-jet 1200's.

I have a little less than 7500 gph going through the main tank (300 gal) and another 1000 gph through the 60 gal refugium connected to it.

I've recently gotten another pump capable of handling 2000 gph that I plan to place in the main tank operating two seaswirls (I use 2 SS already).

Ah, I see. If you're worried about that, you need to get a new tank.

Seriously, though, I don't think that's much of a concern - the circulation is quickly absorbed by the rockwork and corals. I'd be more worried about the pressure the water exerts on the walls on a continuous basis before I worried about the circulation ... and I'm not worried about the former, either.
