Where are all the good aquariums?

I just got a job on tour. (The Music Man) I will be out for 10 weeks (at least) and will have time off. My question is which cities have good aquarims?

I was to the one here in NYC and was not impressed. I want to know where the good ones are...

monterey, ca- best so far IMO.

As far as the ones I've personally visited the top 4 public aquariums are:

Monte-Carlo, Monaco (South France)
Vancouver, BC Canada
Baltimore, MD
Monterey, CA

Wooohoo... Big thumbs up to the Vancouver Aquarium and Marine Sciences Center in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

I'm lucky to be born and raised here, and have enjoyed that aquarium many times.

I also enjoy many of the display tanks in Las Vegas, most notably The Shark Reef at Mandalay bay and the display tanks inside Mandalay Bay, the display tanks at the Forum Shops in Ceasars Palace, and the shark tank at the check-in desk at the Mirage is not bad either.

New Orleans has a decent aquarium.

I have seen Monterey - a definite must see. Another is the aquarium in Chattanooga, TN. - very impressive.
