Im setting up a 120g RR and will be running one or two seaswirls (what size should I use?? 1" or 3/4, they will each be teed off so instead of 90 degree rotation I get 180, also one in each corner or one near he center of the tank), I will also be running an MTC 4' Counter Current Skimmer. Which external pump should I use. I would like to get a pump that is quiet, reliable, and most importantly energy efficient. I was looking at the Dolphin Aquas and the Velocity Titanium and figuring around 2000gph @4 ft head. There will be 3 or 4 90 degree turns in the system from the pump to the seaswirls. Thanks for the help!!

You might look at the ampmaster 3000, it produces 3000gph w/5'head. Very quite and no heat transfer. It runs on .9 - 1.3Amps. I have had mine for 4 months now on my 180 and like it very well.
