Most angels need marine sponge in their diet, as well as algea and meat. Try Ocean Nutritions Angel formula. Coral Beautys can be picky eaters though so make sure it is eatting well at the store before purchasing it.
I tried feeding my two CB's with an angel mix with sponge in it.. they don't touch the sponge for some reason. They seem to love the home made food i make with scallops and shrimp, and they even seem to like the hair algea that used to be in my tank that they have pretty much cleared up. Occasionally i see them nibbleing at the grape carlurpa.

Mine eats a homemade food with shrimp, clams, mussels, scallops, nori. It doesn't seem too interested in eating the nori. It also eats brine shrimp and mysis shrimp.
