Where should I buy my equipment now?

I usually buy my equipment from Pet Warehouse, but I just discovered they have been bought out. I need some more stuff, and I dont know were to get it from. I always had great luck with Pet Warehouse.

Is thatpetplace good? It is the only place I have found so far that has everything I want.

Why change, unless they make changes? That Pet Place is also pretty good. I've done business with both.

Nothing wrong with Foster&Smith who took them over. I've been ordering stuff for my dogs from F&S for a while. With the last order I received a note that they were purchasig Pet Warehouse and planned to continue offering the same line of products that Pet Warehouse did, Here's a link to the fish portion of the F&S website if you don't already have it.

What ever you do please dont support TPP. I've been to thier store many times and although they do have good prices on drygoods their livestock is very sad condition. Most of their fish are ick infested, or other wise sick. Thier coral room is terrible as well, with many carpet anemones with gapping mouths and many bleaching acros. I feel terrible for thier MO customers as thier few MO only holding tanks ALWAYS have dieing corals in them which they ship out any way.


I never will shop their again. I do all my local shopping at the www.hiddenreef.com where the empolyees are educated. That pet place only hires kids that know nothing about what they are selling and give the WORST advice. They also hired a few Marine biologist which you will rarely to never see.

As far as on line I get all my dry goods from MArine Depot. www.marinedepot2.com every purchase over 100$ has free shipping and under 100 very cheap shipping. I get great customer service there and NEVER had a problem with my many orders there. I get special attention and most of my emial replied with in 6-8 hours or sooner. They should have every thing you are looking for. I have ordered from many MO sources including premium aquatics, monalith marine monsters, marine depot, reefantic, ect all those listed were good although top honors go to Marine Depot and Reefanatic in second. As you see I like to support this board by ordering from its sponcers.

Marine depot, all saltwater, that's what you want in a store, no ferrets.

I have yet to find a problem with MarineDepot, Premium Aquatics, or Jeff's Exotic Fish. I must have ordered from MarineDepot and Premium Aquatics close to 100 times each now.
