yellow water, help!!!!

Besides carbon, better skimmers will do it? Removing the yellow?

Wash the carbon carefully and use it for a couple of days and the yellow will be removed.Thankyou

I've noticed that the water get more yellow faster than a reef buddy of mine. We are doing everything, except I dose more Iodine than he does. I believe this is the source of the problem. I use Kent I2, is this necessary for the corals or b-ionic is good enough cause it too has Idodine?
