I've had really good luck with cocoworms.. some people think they have a larger food requirement than regular dusters, but I haven't had any problems keeping them long term in the main reef.. have one that's been in there well over a year now.. poor thing, nobody likes it heh.

I don't know too much about them either, but I got a beautiful yellow and black striped one in a batch of Florida aquacultured live rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater. The marine depot photograph does not do them justice. There are better photos here

jeremy u said some people think they require more food, how can u tell when your system is big enough to provide enough food for them? id be putting one into a 58 gallon. would this be too small of a tank?

It is not hard to keep them actually. I have two in a 59gal and they do well. Just make sure you have them in dark place and they don't like too stronge water movement. And don't keep too much or they'll have feeding problem. GOOD LUCK! :>
