Coral Seas (Fort Lauderdale) - Small shop with knowledgeable staff, decent selection.
Aquacon (Sunrise) - Med size shop with decent selection, but rude staff & terrible mail order reputation. Do a search here and you'll see what I mean.
Marine Life Designs (Deerfield Beach) - Large wholesale shop with great fish selection & decent invert selection. Great staff. They only sell retail a few days a week though.
Barrier Reef (Boca Raton) - Large FW and marine shop with a great selection & semi-knowledgeable staff. It depends who you talk to. Great invert selection and pretty good fish selection.

I went to a shop in South Miami called Gables Aquarium last Sunday.I picked up a pair of ORA's black ocellaris and a beatiful piece of Blastomussa.He has a good selection of corals and fish and really great live rock.He has the coral pictured on page 217 in "Corals a Quick Reference Guide" by Julian Sprung in one of his display tanks. The pic in the book does not do it justice-it is an awsome two tone copper color.The owner's name is George. The shop is located at 1565 Sunset Dr. in Miami.
Ocean Reef and JAWZ in Fort Lauderdale are excellent as well. Ocean Reef has an awesome coral selection, kind of a wholesaler, and JAWZ does as well and has a ton of healthy fish.
