I have never seen a HO CaRxtor. But it is possible to get a regular CaRxtor and hook it up to the tank. Just make sure you output the effluence to a high flow area, I guess. Keep in mind that you also will need a CO2 tank, and it is strongly suggested that you keep it on the floor.
