Small Hole on side of Wachman Goby

I noticed a new Goby I got has a small hole on it's side. My cleaner shrimp picks at it quite often. Could the shrimp has caused that hole?? Any remedies/suggestions will be appreciated. The goby has stopped eating even live shrimp that he used to go after like crazy and is breathing heavily

This little guy seems needs some help any suggestions? Has anybody seen something like this . I think as a minimum the cleaner shrimp is irritating the situation. this morning I saw a little white filament quarter inch i lenght sticking out. Any hope for this guy?

The poor guy psssed on!!! Don't know what caused this happening ather fish in my reef tank are doing fine....

Do you have tangs in your tank? Those testy little devils will barb nearly anything. My female clown developed a nasty gash overnight and the only thing I found that could be doing something like that was the tangs. They swim agressively backwards and extend their barbs to nail whomever is in the way. They can be like 2 year old children some time.
