Star Polyps not doing well this time of year!?!

I have 3 Reef tanks and in all of them my star polyps ( same species - of bright green stars with white center ) all seem to have gotton smaller. Some polyps don;t come out some are smaller and less long ? Does anyone know what could be going on ? My freind said they might all be spawning, and they do that at the same time for the same species. Mabey I need more supplements... Iodine...Strontium. I use only Combi-san as a trace element additive. Any suggestions !

Why don't you go without any supplement for 2 weeks and see what happens. (Sorry, I have no feelings for Combisans.) If your stren of star polyps not doing well this time of the year.....Well, I must have a different stren than yours!

Mine is always growing and I personally have never heard of "getting smaller because its reproducing..."
