Hello to all
Upgrading from a 50gal to a tenecor 135gal. 60"X18"X30". I'm using RO/DI water with a wet/dry and skimmer. Substrate is aragonite. I'm going for the fish only aquarium with live rock. I would like to use flourescent lighting but do not know what type of lamps I should use. So far the best info I have is to use one 50/50 and one actinic 03. My biggest fear is too much cyanobactr/slime and hair algae. I have 50lbs of LR. I really do not want to add more rock; the triggers like the swimming room. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for your time to this matter.
Sincerely,
Phil <a href="mailto:P[email protected]">[email protected]</a>

I would personally go with more rock and ditch the wet dry all together. Make sure you have a powerful beckett style skimmer since big fish produce lots of waste. I would do a 50/50 and actinic. The URI's looks great in this combo. Just watch your nitrates and phosphates. If you can keep them in check you will limit your algea.
