Marine Biology Schools

Does anyone know of a marine biology school in the tri-state region? Looking to expand my horizons in Marine animals. Much rather learn in the Great Barrier Reef but I have a family to consider.

University of R.I. in Kingston has some marine programs. Mostly they are based on local species though. I majored in Aquaculture and Fisheries Technology back in the late eigties. They had started to expand some of their fisheries programs when I was leaving.

Not sure what the tri-state area is? I am going to guess NE US and say Woodshole in Mass

Long Island University, Southampton Campus is one of the top ranked schools for marine biology in the country.

Living in the Hamptons doesn't suck either, especially in the summer.

C'mon if you are gonna GO to college - GO to college =) Get out of NY and try the schools in FL etc I also believe UC San Diego, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara and Davis all have programs.
