rust on tunze turbelle powerhead clamp - should i worry?

i have two tunze turbelle 4002 ph's mounted on the side brace with the clamps supplied. I think they're made of either aluminium or stainless steel.

nevertheless, i've noticed brown stains at the waterline. is it rust? i'm getting a bit worried, don't want the fish to get rust poisoning. should i take them out and replace with plastic ones? or are they ...mmm... just stains?

I'm sure they will be stainless steel - aluminium would be less than ideal in a reef.

It probably is "rust" - the minute amount you have isn't going to cause any problems.
