Does 150W 10k HQI de = 250W 10k Mogul?

Does anyone here know of published data concerning the 150W HQI bulbs? I know there are rummors that since the 250W 10k de HQI tested so well that a 150W 10k de HQI may have the intensity/PAR of a mogul 250W 10K. To all the lighting experts out there do you think that this is true? If so it would seem reasonable that I could successfully light my 72g with dual 150W HQI's and save on electricity and input less heat. Also are the double ended bulbs really lasting 18 months or is this just wishfull thinking?

I use 2 10k 150w AB HQI bulbs on my 70 and they are indeed extremely bright. You can actually keep anything with them.
