$160 100GPD RO/DI systems F/S on eBay??

Has anyone had any experience with these?? It sure sounds like a killer deal, just hook up your water source, and plumb to a large tupperware container for RO/DI water storage! Am I missing something? I thought RO/DI systems cost more than that. Opinions?

If so, I have one and they are GREAT!!! excellent customer service! I have the 100GPD and was very impressed with the quality of the unit.

I bought a 6 stage 100GPD RO/DI about 6 months ago. Bought from some guy that sells on eBay. I think I paid upwards of $220.00. Very please witht the unit.

I'd continue to search for the best deal on ebay and use the feedback to rate the seller.

BTW, my 100GPD unit puts out about 25 GPD, even with the built-in permeate pump. My tap had 60PSI to start with. I don't think any of the RO/DI put out anywhere near their rated GPD. But I'm no expert in that field.

Be sure you have a return policy if it leaks.

A buddy got one from eBay, made by a guy in San Jose or something, and it started leaking weeks later.
