I am very interested in getting an anemone and a pair of clowns for my 30gal. Here is a basic run down of my system.

30gal. tank,10gal sump/refugium and I use a skimmer
45# Live rock
3in Sand bed (lots of spaghetti worms)
2X96w PCs 1 actinic and 1 10K & 1 250w 65K MH
Various Monti & Acro frags
GSP
Green Brain
4" Derasa
Fungia
Xenia
Yellow Polyps
Purple and Silver Gorgs.
Frogspawn
Condy

Pajama Cardinal
Psy. Mandarin

Is my lighting ok for an anemone?
I was thinking of either a BTA or LT and maybe a pair of Percs or Maroons. Really leaning towards the maroons.

Any advice on this would be greatly apreciated.

Good luck! I tried the anemone fish long tentacled. It lived for 2 weeks. While it was alive it rolled all over the tank stinging several corals in the process. Anemone fish are very challeging to keep. It is not neccessary for aquarist to keep this species a tank raised clown will do fine without one. The only reason one is needed in the wild is that it is a protection for the clownfish. When my anemone did die I didn't get it out of the tank immediately. It must have died during the night. It shot the ammonia up in my tank and killed 4 green chromis. IMO not a good Idea in a tank that small.

I have had both clarki's and tomatoes host in a condi in my 37 gallon. While this isnt among their host they did so none-the-less.

You may get lucky with tomatoes or clarkis since you already have the condi. My condi currently hosts a porcelin crab.
