Is any one using this food. I have used it for maybe 6 months and cant really see a difference. I know that the food is made of "better" ingedients but is it worth any thing? What about its P02 content because of its ingredients is this high?

I guess "better" is a subjective term. We use it (and sell it). It has a much higher fish and fish meal content than other brands, so it has little or no fillers like rice or wheat. This means it has a higher fatty acid content as well.

Check the label, it's made in Sitka, Alaska. Basically the waste from fish processing plants.

So, IMO it is a better flake food than most other flakes, but I don't know if this will result in any observable differences in your tank.

I don't know the phosphate content off-hand.

FWIW, Omega used to supply flake in bulk to most other manufacturers who mixed it in with their own additives and fillers. I'm pretty sure they only make their own now.

My concern is it lets out major P02. Some one should do a test, maybe mix a certain amount in some tank water filter out the food then test the water for P02. Do this again with one of the other brands.

I have been using the "algae" version (all green flake) and the mix version for a while now and I like it. My dad I believe started using it and said he saw major color improvement in his fish. I can not say I have seen it in mine, but if I remember correctly the food isnt much if at all more expensive than other flakes.
