Hello All, I would appreciate your advice as I prepare to stock my new 100G FO(?) tank.
I kept saltwater fish for approximately 6-7 years on and off however I have been away from the hobby for the past 3.5 years basically due to the frustration of repeated failures (mostly algea) and expense. I am now ready to take the plunge and want to do things right (from the start). The tank is in the first week of cycling via the cocktail shrimp method.

For background, the details of my tank are as follows:
- acrylic 60"Lx18"Wx20"H (so the tank is actually 93.5 gal) with center overflow & return
- 2 40 watt NO bulbs for lighting (one 10K and one 50/50)
- a Turboflotor skimmer with an Eheim 1060 pump (instead of the Rio)
- a Tidepool II wet/dry with a Mag 9.5 for return
- I am using a 1.5" live sand bed in the tank with 15-20 lbs of LR in the sump (No LR in the tank - I will be using decorative corals)
- and I am using RO/DI water from a Kent Marine Maxxima Hi-S 60 GPD unit.

I have done quite a bit of research online and through books and I would like the keep the following fish (in order of desire):
- stars & stripes puffer
- porcupine or spiny box puffer
- convict or clown tang
- flame angel
- yellow tang
- 1 or 2 clowns (skunk, saddleback, tomato or maroon)
- 1 blue or yellow tail damsel
- strawberry gramma

I would also LIKE to keep a starfish or two of some sort (brittle star or other sand feeder) which is why I put the question mark after the "FO" in the first sentence.

Okay... what do you think? Did I miss any equipment? How's the fish load (quantity and compatibility)? And lastly, are the brittle stars (or some other star that you can think of) an okay addition?

TIA,
calvin-x
