I recently read the old posts discussing world wide pet supply, but I learned the lesson the hard way!! I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago, on Oct. 5, they withdrew the amount on Oct. 9. I've been calling a few times a day, everyday for the last 1 1/2 weeks. The few times I was fortunate to actually speak to someone, I was promised calls back, I've yet to receive one. (BTW, I've calling the long distance number to the actual store because no answer at the toll free number) They tell me that they are in the middle of a move, so their computers are down and they can't help me out. Their new store is to named "PET FANATIC"(petfanatic.com), beware!!! Do not order from this place!!! I'm going to make the call to my credit card company in attempt to dispute the charge. I hope this works, I need a new VHO ballast.

I had a bad experience as well....I've learned listening to the newsgroups pays off -- a few extra bucks spent to deal with a reputable seller is well worth it.
