I am interested in setting up a sump containing mangroves, live rock, live sand, and possibly some macro algae. I have a 37 reef and was looking towards setting up a 29 gallon or so sump adjacent to, and a little bit lower than my reef. For this, I am going to need:
1.A tank
2.A good siphon overflow
3.A return pump/powerhead
4.Live sand/and or/MUD-like substance
5. A sufficient lighting system(it needs to be sufficiently elevated to allow for mangrove growth.

And most importantly advice.
Does anyone have any of these materials or others I may need but have forgotten to mention that would be for sale? Have I missed anything? What advice can you give me on mangrove sumps? I feel this would be the ideal system for filtration, biodiversity, and visual appeal. Sorry for all the question but you guys are the best! Thanks for the help and wish me luck.
