Here are a few photos of my 200g reef tank ("Mike's Reef Tank") & my 175g fish tank ("Mike's Office Tank"). The photos are not of very good quality (the color and contrast are way off), but at least they show what types of fish and corals I am keeping in each of these tanks. One of these days, I will invest in a decent digital camera (or at least learn how to use the one that I borrowed for these photos).

Mike

ps, the reef photos labeled "7-01" were taken last July.

Ping, the equipment & set-up for the 200g reef tank is listed in the Marketplace forum (where most of it is for sale).

Thanks Leonard. Actually, I "frag" most everytime I try and clean the front glass of the tank. Although you can't see it that well, there are quite a few broken branches laying on the bottom of the tank.

By the way, the office fish tank is the subject of the somewhat controversial thread regarding adding corals to tanks with generally non-reef safe fish.

Mike is that a banner fish in your system.

If so what is it, im assuming Henochius Depruetes/accuminatus. Which one in particular. My bet is that it would have to be Depruetees because accuminatus is a polyop feeder. Whats your expirience with this fish?

What kind of eel is Mvc-831x ?

It is a white mouth moray - still a juvenile (but starting to take on adult coloration and patterns). He still gets harassed by the Dragon moray every once in a while, but it happens less and less often as time passes (and the white mouth gets bigger).

i would be nervous to get my hands in that tank.

I have only been nipped a few times by the triggers and the white mouth eel, and only because they mistook me for food. Once they see it is my hand that is in the tank, they ignore me.

I believe it is a Depruetees, although there was some debate at the LFS where I got him from. He has not bothered anything in the reef tank, so I have assumed that he is the reef-safe species.
