They came in as plating acropora. Seems to be a few around.

Wow, awsome acro. May I ask where you got that from? It looks like A solitaryensis.

Got it from Reef & Fin in Ct.
There had been a discussion over at RC a few weeks ago....seems like there are at least 2-3 different plating sp in the market right now.

That is a real nice coral. I love your orange capricornis, that is what I am looking for.

Maximus: Yeah, as of yesterday (11/11) they had one of three left. Chris (one of the owners) kept one for his show tank and lucky Jase got the second one. I too have one coming but from a different source (ordered before I found out Reef and Fin had them which is funny since R&F is only about ten miles from where I live). I don't think they'll ship it to you way out in CA though.

P.S: I think the coral more resembles A.efflorenses (sp) than A. solitaryensis but...?

These corals seem to be turning up at a lot of places now.Seaquarium has three on there web site.I got the one to the lower right.It is pink and purple.Also got two frags from SPS guy Jan in Califorina.He has the green ones.They do grow very different from any other SPS coral.By the way,Steve Tryee selling them also on his web site 270 bucks.That's right on the price.He must be kidding..But they are the Soly coral.Just wanted to pass this info on.
