I have a 75 gal tank. Part of the deal with my fiancee is that she'd get to pick out a few of the fish to put in it. Here's what she's thinking.

mandarin goby
mating pair of clowns
mating pair of bangaii cardinals
some kind of tang
picasso trigger

Now, again, I have done very little research on this yet (she just gave me this list last night), but does anyone have any immediate concerns on this list? I know I have at least two toughies on it as it is....

LOL - Nothing yet! Just getting started. I would obviously only add one fish or pair at a time, I just want to get my plan down...

The main concern I would have is with the picasso trigger. It will kill the fish on your list other than the tang. It would need to be in an agressive tank. Also you could not add any inverts with the picasso. So you will be limited with the trigger in your tank.

I've done research on mandarin gobys. Haven't gotten one yet. Anyway, you need to have tons of live rock and your tank should be established for at least a year before you get one. They're notoriously difficult to switch to frozen food, so they need enough copepods to live on. Hope this helps.
