Are you adding both parts at the same time? If so, this can cause precipitation (or snow). You need to wait a little while after adding component #1 before adding #2.
Just pour in part A in a in a high water flow area and by the time your ready to pour in part B it'll be ready. There's really no waiting as long as you pour it in by a power head or somewhere in high water flow.
I beleive the package says to wait until any cloudiness from component #1 disappears, which is only a matter of seconds if you put it in a high flow area. I prefer to give it a good 15 minutes or so just to be sure everything is mixed in.
I ran into this problem recently. Adding even a few drops of part one would cause snow. I've seen B-ionic work (in my last tank) and part one is supposed ot form a whte cloud, but in my case it immediately clumps and falls out of solution...
