I am heading down to Orlando on Monday for a well deserved vacation

I will have some "NON THEME PARK" time and was wondering if any of you floridians could suggest some nice LFS to visit between Tampa & Orlando.

I will be staying a few days in Brooksville, so anywhere between there and oralndo would be even better.

Theres a good one off of Golden Rod....in the strip mall, a Winn Dixie store....Its called Ocean Blue Aquarium 7440 University Blvd. Winter Park (Orlando area).....great store, with quality items....407-679=3557. Right at the intersection of Golden Rod and University. Tell them the police Detective from Melbourne sent you...they'll treat you very well.

Have you ever been to the LFS on Garden Street west of US1 @ 1 mile i Titusville. Very generic name I think Tropical Fish. Same location for a lot of years. Wonderful store I bought all my aquarium suppies and fish from them while I lived in Titusville.

There are only 3 in Orlando worth going to. Fishy Business which is in Longwood off of 441. Seven Seas which unfortuantely I think is out of business temporarily due to a fire next door. And Ocean Blue off University and Goldenrod. There are 2 good ones in Daytona also (only 45 minutes from Orlando)
Posiedon Aqurariums and Ocean Reef. Both are off Nova Road. Take I4 East to Daytona Beach and when it hits I95 keep going straight (over I95) and you will hit Nova Road and Posiedon is in the shopping center on the right. Make a left on Nova and about 1/2 mile on the right is Ocean Reef.
