Anyone know how to tune an Oceanic #6?

I just inherited an Oceanic model 6 and for the life of me can't seem to get it tuned correctly. Has anyone used this skimmer prevoiusly that can give me a hand with this one?

You have to use the valve on the air inlet. Suck a cup or two of boiling RO water through the air inlet to make sure its clean.

Other than that, you can put a valve on the outlet, but be very careful it does not overflow.....
