Don't worry, EVERY new tank gets it. You will probally get 2 diatom blooms. There is reaaly nothing you can do about it, nor is there anything to worry about. The brown gunk will go away in time. However, to speed things up if you must, increase circulation just above gravel bed. The increased circ. is a good idea in any event.
