Radio Shack has a 3" fan for $15.00. I had the same setup as you on my 75 and water temp stayed below 80. I recently replaced two of the 110's with two 175W MH. I added a second fan and the temps still stays below 80. Usually tops out around 78-79 at the end of the photoperiod.

They can be 12VDC. Radio Shack has these too. All you need is a 12VDC power supply. (AC adapter) If you mount them very close to the surface, 12VDC is safer. Check out radio shack online they have a better selection.

I'm using two 3" radio shack fans for my 4x96 pc's...They work well enough that most of the time I don't need the second fan on. My temp's stable at 78 degrees...and the fans are pretty quiet as well.

FWIW, I have been running 3 36" VHOs without fans over a 40g breeder for almost 3 years. Tank heat is rarely a problem because the hood is half open on both ends, and roughly one third of the back is open.
