My clam keeps turning on its side and is not receiving direct light from my 55x4pc in a 55gal reef tank? Is this a problem? Should I move him? He is on the floor now with another clam and the other seems to be happy. If i should move him, should it be on rocks? How do i get him to attach to the rocks if that is a good idea?
THanks

deresas are generally placed on the sand bed, asuuming you have enough light. Deresas don't require as much light as t. maximas or t. croceas but someone who actually keeps one will have to tell you if you have enough light. What type of substrate are you using? Is it sand or bare bottom? Not sure what you mean by "floor".
